Display
Polystyrene is a versatile material for all types of display material including letters, logos, props and exhibition items.
Letters
We can produce letters with an individual size up to 8ft x 4ft in any typeface that you supply to us digitally, or in one of the over one thousand type faces we have on file. These can be supplied plain or painted, or with a special covering such as flocking or glitter.
Logos
Logos can also be supplied in a similar fashion. We can take a digital image and convert it directly into a profile or can scan artwork. This can can then be expanded to your required size
Props
We have extensive experience in producing props for stage and film use and items for exhibition. We have even supplied a mock Roman temple for a party on a Mediterranean island.
Material
Logos can be made from various grades, ranging from a lightweight, economical grade up to extra high density to give a better surface texture and look. If a paint finish is to be applied later then a heavier weight grade is usually preferable.
Size
We normally work from a block of material 8ft x 4ft x 2 ft ( 2.44m x 1.22m x .6m) which is usually sufficient. If required we can work from larger blocks by special order.
Origination
We prefer to work from a computer file such as jpeg or dxf - but we will try to convert any format. We can scan logos in if an original is not available in a computer format.
Finish
Although logos are normally supplied unfinished we can apply special finishes, such as flocking, as well as simple paint finishes. For outdoor uses we can apply special external finishes.
Timescale
We like to have 2 weeks from placing order to making delivery, although we may be able to do better. We always endeavour to meet customer requirements.
